1. 対象

本ポリシーは、YouTube チャンネル「AIトレンド・デイリー」の運営者（以下「運営者」）が使用する内部ツール「AI Trend Daily Uploader」（以下「本アプリ」）に適用されます。

2. YouTube API サービスの利用

本アプリは YouTube API サービスを利用しています。本アプリの利用により、YouTube 利用規約に同意したものとみなされます。Google によるデータの取り扱いについては Google プライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。

3. アクセスするデータ

本アプリは、運営者自身の Google アカウントに対してのみ OAuth 認証を行い、運営者の YouTube チャンネルへ動画・サムネイル画像・字幕のアップロード、および再生リストへの追加を行います。運営者以外の利用者の Google アカウントやデータにはアクセスしません。

4. データの利用・保存・共有

• 認証情報（OAuth トークン）は、アップロード処理のためだけに使用し、GitHub の暗号化されたシークレットとして保管します。
• 本アプリは第三者の個人情報を収集・保存しません。
• 取得したデータを第三者に販売・共有・開示することはありません。

5. アクセス権の取り消し

本アプリに付与したアクセス権は、Google アカウントのセキュリティ設定からいつでも取り消せます。

6. 改定

本ポリシーは必要に応じて改定し、このページで告知します。

AI Trend Daily Uploader ("the App") is an internal tool used only by the owner of the YouTube channel "AIトレンド・デイリー".

• The App uses YouTube API Services. By using the App you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. See the Google Privacy Policy for how Google handles data.
• The App authenticates only the channel owner's own Google account and uses it to upload videos, thumbnails and captions and to add videos to playlists on the owner's channel.
• The App does not access, collect, store or share any data of other users.
• OAuth credentials are used only for uploads and are stored as encrypted GitHub secrets. They are never sold or shared with third parties.
• Access can be revoked at any time via Google security settings.
